Patrick b. Moscaritolo

Mr. Moscaritolo was the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Greater Boston Convention & Visitors Bureau (GBCVB) from 1991 - 2019. He retired in February 2019.

The Bureau is the primary marketing and visitor service organization charges with the development of convention and tourism business for Greater Boston and today represents more than 1,200 businesses throughout New England.

Mr. Moscaritolo serves on a number of travel industry boards. He also serves as Chairman of the Boston Area Church Baseball League’s Board of Directors, which works with Boston ministers and the Boston Red Sox to reduce violence by working with young people in Boston’s neighborhoods through youth baseball and mentoring programs.

Prior to joining the Bureau, Mr. Moscaritolo served as the Deputy Executive Director of Massport and as the Director of Logan Airport. During his tenure, Logan Airport won national awards for its “Airports Are for People, Too” customer service initiatives.

He is a graduate of Boston College and has a Masters Degree from the London School of Economics.
